Hansraj “Raj” and Neha Pareek moved into the Looking Glass community in 2023 after relocating to Denver in 2019. “We started looking for homes in 2020,” Raj said. “But then prices began to rise, so we took our time. Our main goal was to find something near shopping, in a safe neighborhood with a strong sense of community—somewhere we could truly raise our family.”

We went to one of the experts, Aye Scarsini, a designer at Decorative Materials, to find out the latest, hottest tile trends, what works and what doesn’t from among the options available to home owners in 2025.
