S. Chambers/Hess Extension Now Open!
Parker residents, including many who live in the new home community of Looking Glass, are THRILLED with the new S. Chambers Road extension – now open and ready for north/south traffic!
With completion of this developer-led project, Chambers Rd. now extends from Hess Rd. to Stroh Rd. and then onto Crowfoot Valley Rd.
On July 28, elected officials and staff of the Town of Parker – along with representatives from E5X Management and Dream Finders Homes – held a ribbon cutting for the road project which has been planned for more than 30 years!
The extension will provide much needed traffic relief to adjacent roadways including Parker Road, Hess Road, and Motsenbocker Road. An additional section of Stroh Road between Motsenbocker Road and Chambers Road was also completed during this project and is now open.
Several residents rejoiced publicly on Facebook after taking the extension to work, and claim it shaves several minutes off their commutes. If you’re one of those satisfied drivers, congratulations! Your long wait for this project to became a reality is over!

Amenities Now and Next Year
On a project, or projects a little closer to home, the amenities in Looking Glass, thanks to the efforts of Dream Finders Homes’ executives, are taking shape – to the delight of dog lovers and pickleball enthusiasts! If you’ve had occasion to drive Spirit Trail Blvd. between S. Chambers Rd. and Stroh Rd., you may have seen the pickleball courts emerging from the raw Parker soil, as well as a dog park for the canine fur babies in your house.
The pool, slated for completion in 2026, will have therapy jets, a sun shelf, water walking area, lap lanes and a zero-entry (AKA walk-in entry) near the pool pavilion. The site will also offer a fire pit and grill area as well as shade structures, umbrella tables and multiple chaise lounges for relaxed sunbathing.
